How the office uses this CRM

How do I capture a new client?

Policies → + New Policy. Fill in the member's details, pick the product (the premium sets itself), add dependants with + Add, then Capture Policy. The policy opens immediately with the first premium due.

How do I record a payment for several months?

Open the policy → Record Payment. Enter the full amount — the system settles the oldest months first and shows exactly which months were covered. Anything left over stays on the policy as credit in hand.

What happens when a member pays on WhatsApp?

The receipt lands here instantly — on the policy, in Collections and in Recent Activity — with the channel it came through (Pay@, voucher, card or EFT). EFT waits in the queue until finance reconciles it.

How do amendments work?

Members request changes on WhatsApp. They appear under Amendments with a red badge; Approve applies the change and tells the member automatically.
